2. Returns

  • 2.1 Eligibility for Returns

    • Items must be returned within 15 days of the purchase date.

    • Products must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received.

    • Items should be in their original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories included.

  • 2.2 Non-Returnable Items

    • Custom or personalized items

    • Health and personal care items (for hygiene reasons)

3. Return Process

  • 3.1 Initiate a Return

    • Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

  • 3.2 Shipping Returns

    • You are responsible for the shipping costs for returning your item.

    • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

    • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

  • 3.3 Inspection and Approval

    • Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your return within 15 days.

4. Refunds

5. Exchanges

  • 5.2 Exchange Process

    • Follow the same steps as outlined in the Return Process to initiate an exchange.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, notify us immediately at Silkaspire@gmail.com with details and photos of the product’s condition.

7. Sale Items

  • Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are final sale and cannot be refunded or exchanged.

8. Gift Returns

  • 8.1 Gifts with Receipt

    • If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.

  • 8.2 Gifts without Receipt

    • If the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.

9. International Returns

  • 9.1 International Shipping

    • For international returns, you are responsible for shipping costs, duties, and taxes.

    • Shipping times may vary due to customs processing.

10. Cancellations
